I have been "fertilizing" and inspiring people in my nutritional consultations since 1997, whether live in Innsbruck, Tyrol or online. My specialties are women's health and therefore lipoedema as well as wellbeing and eating disorders. In particular, I specialize in people who eat too little and cannot lose weight. But digestive problems and irritable bowel syndrome are also not difficult for me and awaken my detective instincts 😊.

I am very creative and put current nutritional medical knowledge into practice with sophisticated nutritional psychological know-how. With passion and curiosity, I immerse myself in your nutritional world and life situation and develop personal and, above all, everyday concepts. I accompany you in an entertaining and sustainable way to more relaxation in your eating behavior and more well-being!

My motto: "Eat better with pleasure". Eating should be fun, give us pleasure and enjoyment must be allowed.
