My name is Christopher Lienbacher - physiotherapist and personal trainer from Salzburg. I am pleased to introduce myself to you and show you how I can accompany you on your way to a better quality of life.
When pain or restricted movement becomes a daily burden, more than just standard solutions are needed: You need an individual, holistic concept that has a lasting effect. This is exactly what you get in my practice - with modern physiotherapy, personal care and a clear goal: to noticeably improve your quality of life.
Whether it's back pain, a slipped disc, neck tension or jaw problems - together we will develop solutions that not only alleviate discomfort, but also noticeably increase your energy levels. You will benefit from my many years of experience in therapeutic training, with methods that work effectively and are easy to integrate into everyday life.
My treatment can also help with lipoedema: Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and gentle strength training can relieve tension and strengthen body awareness - without overstraining and with great sensitivity.
