Veronika Leonhartsberger was born and raised in Lower Austria. After graduating from commercial school, she began training as a graduate nurse in St. Pölten in 2004.

After graduating, she moved to Salzburg in 2007 to work as a nurse anesthetist at the University Hospital. She completed the special training for anesthesia nursing in 2011 with the academically certified expert for anesthesia nursing. In 2024, she completed a bachelor's degree in business psychology. She also completed the university course "Strategic Management" in spring 2024.

Feeling the urge to discover new things, she took her Matura in 2021 and began studying business psychology. The studies taught her to combine her "old" prior knowledge and the newly learned. To better observe, listen, ask the right questions and recognize new contexts in human and business behavior in all its complexity. Her favorite topics in business psychology are both organization and human resource development in all its diversity. She sees herself as efficient and always solution-oriented, as a good listener and idealist.
